A: The Predicted delivery time will also depend on the distance the parcel is traveling. However, our average delivery time is 45 to 50 minutes.

A: Consumed food will not be swapped or refunded. If there is a complaint, our rider will pick up the food and issue a refund or swap based on feedback.
